From children’s summer camps, to planting trees, we heard all about the amazing projects happening in Kincardine! This was our fourth road show stop this summer and it was great to hear from all our grantees in the area.
We had a busy day on the road with stops in Meaford, Thornbury, Kimberley and Clarksburg! We heard about the exciting projects happening from our grantees including; the Meaford Culture Foundation, Walter’s Falls Community Centre, and Events for Life Centre Inc.
It was a great start to the month with our second Owen Sound road show stop held at the Reconciliation Gardens at Kelso Beach on August 1st! Thank you to all who attended including our grantees from; Crime Stoppers Grey Bruce, Grey Sauble Conservation Foundation, REACH centre Grey Bruce, Georgian Bay Folk Society, VON Grey Bruce, Owen Sound Little Theater, as well as our board members and the Owen Sound Community Fund.
On July 10th we had our second Road Show! We were kindly hosted by the Community Waterfront Heritage Centre aboard Coach #4484! We celebrated grant recipients in the Owen Sound area.

This summer Community Foundation Grey Bruce drove by some of our local non-profit organizations in Owen Sound for a socially distanced "hello". These organizations have been working hard for our community! The Foundation celebrates many great projects that have been supported with a community grant!
Last week we had another great summer road show stop in Wiarton! Thank you to all of the grantees who came and told us all about their amazing projects including; Wiarton Salvation Army Senior's Group Project, Lighthouse Youth Drop-In Project, Bruce Peninsula Biosphere Association, Grey Sauble Conservation Authority & Oliphant Fishing Island Phragmites Collaborative.
